Niagara Falls, Ont., fire captain found dead after trying to rescue dog

The Niagara Falls Fire Department says it's saddened by the death of one of its members while off duty. Police say Capt. Tim Vail's body was found on Tuesday night in Vineland, Ont., following a report of a missing person.
