Toronto, Canada-based film enthusiast Louis "The Sleepy Skunk" Plamondon and Vulture have teamed up to create a new Vulture Remix imagining what The Hunger Games would look like as an action film made in 1992. The static-filled remix comes complete with narration by "voiceover master" Don LaFontaine.
