Star Wars Ice Cream Featuring The Light Side (Marshmallow) and The Dark Side (Chocolate) Flavors

Gowanus, Brooklyn-based Ample Hills Creamery has joined forces with Disney to release four-pack pints of limited-edition Star Wars ice cream. Each of the The Light Side (marshmallow) and The Dark Side (chocolate) flavored ice cream pints come packaged in collectible containers that feature original artwork by Ample Hills Creamery creative director, Lauren Kaelin. The four-packs are currently available to purchase online.

This 4-Pack set is the perfect gift for any fan or ice cream lover! Each 4-Pack includes two pints of each flavor:

The Light Side: a bright marshmallow ice cream with homemade crispie clusters, as well as a smattering of handmade cocoa crispies (to represent the dark side still lurking within the light)

The Dark Side: by contrast, is an ultra-dark chocolate ice cream with espresso fudge brownies, cocoa crispies, and white chocolate pearls (to represent the light still hiding in the dark, waiting to burst through)
