Julie Bishop mocks Tanya Plibersek over Marshall Islands climate change claims – video

Deputy Liberal leader Julie Bishop ridicules her Labor counterpart, Tanya Plibersek, in parliament last week for claiming the island of Eneko has 'disappeared' due to rising sea levels when in fact it was a 'beautiful and accessible beach getaway'. It was later revealed the island Plibersek had been referring to was actually Anebok, which had been submerged, but had been misnamed as Eneko in an ABC radio transcript rereissued by Plibersek. Bishop subsequently blamed the opposition leader for the confusion, saying she is not Plibersek's 'subeditor'
