Google Play update hides permissions escalations in updates

In a baffling move given the current of negativity towards the lack of granular control for Android security Google has obscured security permission changes in Google Play. This change allows for apps to gain more permissions without user intervention. By grouping permissions it is now difficult for a user to determine what permissions an app actually gets.
