Anthropic says the Pentagon is "seeking to destroy the economic value created by one of the world's fastest-growing private companies."

The company has filed a prospectus with the federal government, marking the beginning of what's expected to be a historically lucrative moment for the AI industry.

"Some amount of displacement, though we cannot say how much ... and our responsibility is to prepare for it and respond to it," Anthropic wrote.
