The Department of War is advancing its $1.1bn Drone Dominance Program with the launch of Phase II. This initiative aims to procure 30,000 low-cost, scalable one-way attack drones through a rigorous four-stage competition, focusing on long-range strikes and close-quarters tactical assaults
