The Iranian Merchant Mariners Syndicate blamed US and Israeli attacks on Iran's ports and commercial fleet for deaths.

Twenty-two crew members from the seized Iranian ship MV Touska have been transferred to Pakistan for repatriation.

Pakistan said the release of the crew members reflected a 'confidence-building measure' between Tehran and Washington.
