Cumbia + swing = Grammy

A curious mix comes out of Bogota courtesy of Monsieur Perini(C). They're a gypsy swing/cumbia/dance act that makes you feel like there's a fatigue with more conventional music. The World's Marco Werman met members of the group this weekend.
