Cached SSL certificate has to be cleared by user or their ISP

Some user are getting some errors with a cached this ssl certificate. This is not problem that may be fixed on server side. Users to clean ssl cache of his system.
Most probably following this guide https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings will solve problem. If not maybe please try contacting your ISP for help about this case.
