An Unfortunate Alias

My source just happened across this and has no further details. No further details required, really.
Whether this is how the defendant was known in the community, or just what the court clerks called him, is impossible to say. But it looks like the defendant was known as such from at least 1997 until 2005, based on this report:
I guess they couldn't just call him "Anderson" because it's such a common name.
