The family of the late Anton Yelchin has settled its 2016 lawsuit with Fiat Chrysler. No terms were disclosed.

The lawsuit was filed in August 2016, just several weeks after the famed Star Trekactor was suddenly killed by his own Jeep Grand Cherokee in his driveway. The parties reached a settlement on Tuesday.

According to the Associated Press, Fiat Chrysler said in a statement Thursday that the company is "pleased that we've reached an amicable resolution in this matter" and that it continues to "extend our deepest sympathies to the Yelchin family for their tragic loss."
