Greece scrambles to finalise fiscal reform list

Minister of state Nikos Pappas said the government was drafting list of reforms including making the civil service more effective and laws to combat tax evasion

Greek government officials are racing to complete a list of reform proposals that will be scrutinised by the country's international creditors this week as Athens seeks an extension to its a240bn (177bn) bailout.
