‘Something special’: rumours in Milan over Versace x Fendi tie-up

Two of the biggest brands in Italian fashion are said to be staging a joint show this weekend

Fashion week is all about the gossip. The most talked about show in Milan is one that appears on no official schedule, exists only as a rumour, and may or may not take place this weekend.

Versace and Fendi, two of the biggest brands in Italian fashion, are said to be staging a joint show co-designed by Donatella Versace and Fendi creative directors Kim Jones and Silvia Venturini Fendi. Cryptic gold-and-white invitations signed simply Donatella" and summoning guests to something special" on Sunday evening are being scrutinised for clues.
