The Queensland premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk, says it was a mistake to take her partner to a meeting with Olympic officials after former Australian Olympic Committee president John Coates's farewell in Sydney.
Palaszczuk on Tuesday said she should not have invited her boyfriend, Dr Reza Adib, to the meeting of Olympic officials on Sunday morning.
