Also nearby is New Castle Centre plaza with restaurants, shopping and a pharmacy a short walk away.

Why is it priced this way? Khanh Nguyen noted the real estate market was different when the house was first listed in November 2021, and said the asking price has contributed to the home's lengthy listing.

While he has suggested the owners consider lowering the figure, he also said there has been interest.
