Residents in two Victorian towns have been told to evacuate due to the risk of flooding as heavy rainfall inundates the state, with the Bureau of Meteorology warning of thunderstorms in southern Australia.
An evacuation order was issued for parts of the Goulburn Valley town of Seymour shortly before noon on Monday, before similar orders were put in place for sections of nearby Yea.
