This week, CIA director Bill Burns and President Joe Biden's top Middle East adviser, Brett McGurk, traveled to the Middle East to meet with Israeli, Egyptian and Qatari officials. The meetings are part of the latest efforts to reach a ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel.
