As Rwanda holds elections, incumbent Kagame expected to win, again

There doesn't appear to be much doubt about who will win Monday's presidential election in Rwanda. The incumbent Paul Kagame has been in power for three decades, and the past three elections saw landslide victory after landslide victory. Critics have called him a strong man or dictator.
