A Parramatta player is facing allegations she assaulted a Sydney neighbour ahead of the women's rugby league season opening this week.

New South Wales police allege 20-year-old Kate Fallon was involved in an incident with a 17-year-old girl at an apartment complex in Chifley last Wednesday.
