Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy outlined, for his country's parliament, a five-point "victory plan", which he argues could end Russia's war in Ukraine by late next year. What remains unclear is whether he can get the support he needs to carry it out. Host Carolyn Beeler looks at the plan with longtime diplomat Kurt Volker.
