Russia and Iran cement new cooperation

Iran's parliament ratified an agreement between Russia and Iran to strengthen economic ties. It's a non-binding alliance that calls for more cooperation in banking and arms trade, as well as some degree of collaboration in dealing with common adversaries. Nicole Grajewski is a fellow in the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
