Yes, the Texas Law Hawk" had birds of prey in his ads, and in one he posed in such a way that he personally appeared to have wings. But he actually just rode in on a motorcycle when needed (in the ad, anyway). Dramatic, yes, but at the end of the day, still relatively mundane.

The heroes at Jungle Law in Kansas City, on the other hand, promise to swoop in riding a giant animated eagle (or similar bird of prey) should you run afoul of a traffic officer:

The home page of their website shows them riding in on an elephant, though, so that may also be an option.

I suppose I should make clear that I don't think they are literally promising to ride to the rescue on any sort of beast, real or animated. Unless maybe the Beast" is a nickname they use for one or more of their vehicles, which I think is entirely possible.
