Hundreds of tons of oil have washed up along the coast of Mexico's Veracruz and Tabasco states over the past month. Mexican authorities have blamed a still unknown ship and two natural oil seeps in the Gulf. But multiple scientists told The World that the seeps cannot be responsible.
