Oil is washing up on Mexico's east coast. There are disagreements about where it's coming from.

Hundreds of tons of oil have washed up along the coast of Mexico's Veracruz and Tabasco states over the past month. Mexican authorities have blamed a still unknown ship and two natural oil seeps in the Gulf. But multiple scientists told The World that the seeps cannot be responsible.
