UK and Norway monitor Russian spy submarines in North Sea

The UK's Defense Secretary John Healey said Thursday that a Royal Navy ship and aircraft were involved in tracking Russian submarines in the North Sea. The Kremlin responded saying it had the right to defend itself from piracy." Since December, the UK and Norway have participated in joint operations in the North Sea to monitor Russian movements in the water.
