For the first time in more than 30 years, delegations from Israel and Lebanon are meeting for direct talks in Washington, DC. But Hezbollah - the Iran-backed militia that's embedded in Lebanon and currently fighting with Israel - is not at the table. Maya Yahya, who directs the Malcolm H.
