The ongoing bloodshed between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon almost hit a pause, when the two sides announced a ceasefire yesterday. But today that deal is off. This latest attempt comes on the heels of a 10-day agreement in April and then a 45-day extension in May. Each agreement has been derailed by back-and-forth strikes.
