Friday marks one year since an Air India flight bound for London crashed just seconds after takeoff from Ahmedabad, killing 260 people. Only one passenger survived. A much-anticipated report from India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau did not arrive on the anniversary, with investigators saying the probe remains ongoing.
