Germany's national railway to ban alcohol on platforms and in stations

An increasing number of alcohol-fueled violent incidents have happened on German trains and in Deutsche Bahn stations. The railway is banning public consumption of alcohol from its stations beginning in September. Some test cases, they say, have proven wildly successful. Hosts Marco Werman and Carolyn Beeler explain.
