New bar aims to teach foreigners about Japanese bar culture

Located in a touristy area of Tokyo, a charming little dive bar called "Not Suspicious" is offering international guests a haven away from pushy touts and bars actively serving "Japanese Only." The walls are lined with notes and drawings from patrons who have come from across the world. From Minnesota Public Radio, Jacob Aloi reports.
