Thirty years ago this year, the first Tibetan Freedom Concert was held in San Francisco. Earlier this week, we heard the backstory of how the concerts began. Today, we hear about day itself; the very first concert that included the Beastie Boys, Rage Against the Machine and more. This excerpt is from the "Freedom Needs a Soundtrack" podcast.
