Venezuela withdraws from ICC

The US has been campaigning to dismantle the International Criminal Court, and now Venezuela has announced its planned withdrawal. The court has spent years investigating alleged crimes against humanity under Venezuela's ousted president, Nicolas Maduro, but no arrest warrants have been made public. Venezuelan victims and advocates say the slow pace has caused deep frustration, even as many still see the ICC as their best hope for justice. The World's Tibisay Zea explains.
