Where is Venezuela's oil money?

The US now controls much of Venezuela's oil revenue, estimated at $13 billion in the first half of this year. But neither Washington nor Caracas have provided a full account of where the money has gone. Some appears to have paid for imports and oil production. After devastating earthquakes left thousands needing housing and aid, pressure is growing on both governments to explain how the funds are being used. The World's Tibisay Zea reports.
