Delhi finds a creative way to beat the heat

In India, extreme heat waves are becoming the new normal. For most people, air conditioning isn't an option - forcing them to find more creative ways to stay cool. That includes a project in Delhi that hands out highly reflective paint that can be put on rooftops: It reflects the sun's rays and lowers temperatures inside by more than 10 degrees.
