Climate change is walloping Europe this summer. The continent is warming twice as quickly as the global average. We've reported on the extreme heat, drought and fires that have followed in places like Spain and France. One country that ranks relatively low on most measures of climate risk is Germany. But it's also dealing with a climate crisis of its own - a quiet one that starts underground. Valerie Hamilton has our story from Munich.
