Chennai, India, is keeping buildings cool using potato chip bags

Summers in India, have always been hot. But this summer has been extreme, even by local standards. And it's pushing people to their limits. In Chennai, on the southeastern coast of India, residents are using cast-off potato chip bags to manage the heat - and to goose the local economy. Namrata Kolachalam reports from Chennai.
