For years, foreign aid has financed essential health services across Africa. Now, following the dismantling of USAID and the disruption of programs that supported health systems, African governments face a difficult question of whether they can realistically replace the money. But a new survey shows that young people in Africa think this could be a moment of change for the continent. Ridwan Karim Dini-Osman reports from Ghana's capital Accra.
