The Ebola outbreak in Democratic Republic of Congo is now the worst in the country's history - and the second largest ever. That's prompting health officials to reshape their strategy. The new focus is relying on community leaders who already have local ties to build trust. Tim Birindwa is training those leaders. He's a community health coordinator with the International Rescue Committee. Birindwa speaks to Host Carolyn Beeler after having just spent nearly 10 weeks in the city of Bunia.
