Of the thousands of people unaccounted for following the catastrophic flooding in Nepal and Tibet, nearly 1,000 of them are Nepali hydropower workers; hundreds of them are thought to be alive, but trapped in the tunnels and infrastructure that was buried by mud and debris. The World's Marco Werman speaks with Uttam Bhlon Lama, senior vice president of the Independent Power Producers' Association of Nepal, about the ongoing rescue efforts.
