Go on Google Maps in the United States and there's a noticeable change: Lake Ontario is now "Lake America." The name change by the Trump administration is just the latest shot fired in an escalating trade war between the US and Canada. In retaliation, all but two Canadian provinces have banned US alcohol in their liquor stores. As The World's Joshua Coe discovered on a recent visit to Ontario, Canadians are going "elbows up" and drinking more Canadian wine.
