Foreign policy chief says drone attack last month had all the hallmarks of state sponsored terrorism' as she prepares to lead today's discussions

Ukraine's foreign minister Andrii Sybiha said on Wednesday it was a fair approach" to renew talks on using Russian frozen assets for Ukraine.
