Belarus' Lukashenko goes after expats studying in Lithuania

Belarusians have been living under an autocratic regime for more than three decades. Alexander Lukashenko is known for ruling his country with an iron fist. Now, that repression is reaching Belarusians abroad. Earlier this year, a Belarusian court declared the European Humanities University, which operates in exile in neighboring Lithuania, an extremist organization.
