On Call: User who handled life-or-death situations struggled with the SHIFT key

Strangely, even the new password didn't work. Roy therefore asked if the lab worker would spell the password out to him, so he could use her credentials in the company's webmail service. The lab worker agreed and started to spell out her password. Capital C, capital A, capital T," she started, and then added Capital Two." The last one stood out to me as a number I wasn't so familiar with," Roy dryly told On Call. What's a capital Two?" he asked. Did you mean an @' sign?"
