Trump administration imposes time limit on international visas

The Trump administration is changing how long international students can stay in the US before they have to reapply for a visa... or go home. The new four-year cap takes effect this Sept. 15. Higher education leaders say it could make it much harder for students to change majors or schools, or simply to finish their research. Supporters say it's just a minor inconvenience that adds important accountability to the student visa system. From Boston, GBH's Kirk Carapezza reports.
