After a natural disaster, people with disabilities are more vulnerable to death, injury, and an inability to access help. In Nepal, people with disabilities who have survived the floods are facing a lack of sign language interpreters, a lack of transportation - and a lack of information. The World's Hannah Chanatry has the story of a woman and her daughter from the small village of Syabrubesi, one of the first villages destroyed by the flood.
