San Diego police investigate case of family of three found fatally shot in home

Authorities are investigating what led to the tragic case of a family who was found fatally shot in their San Diego area home on Wednesday morning.

The San Diego police department identified the family as Amy Voight, 54, and David Voight, 56, and the couple's 13-year-old daughter. The family died of gunshot wounds, police said, and investigators found a weapon in the residence.
