Ezgi Karakus is a Turkish cellist who moved to Kansas City to study at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory. She's become an important figure in local classical and jazz communities. But she's also starting to make a name for herself playing Turkish disco based on Turkish folk songs. From Kansas City, Sylvia Maria Gross reports.
