The story of a Haitian deportee

Once a week, since late August, a plane has left Louisiana, carrying Haitians across the sea to the city of Cap-Haitien. Many had been living in the US under Temporary Protected Status, or TPS. But the Department of Homeland Security ended TPS for Haitians in late July. Today, we focus on what that decision actually means for one individual.
