One of the UK’s top soccer teams found guilty on financial breaches

The English Premier League has reportedly found one of its top soccer teams, Manchester City F.C., guilty of wide-ranging financial misconduct. According to several media reports - which have yet to be officially confirmed - investigators have found Man City guilty of 114 violations of league rules.
