Spain is headed for early general elections. It comes after the Spanish Parliament narrowly rejected two emergency measures on Friday meant to address the country's high housing costs. The measures were championed by Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. In announcing snap elections, he called on Spaniards to give him a broader left-wing coalition. Host Carolyn Beeler has more.
